We take great care in preparing and packing every Brooklyn Cat Collective order. Below you’ll find details on how and when your order ships.

Where We Ship

We currently ship within the continental United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Processing Time

Orders typically leave our studio within 5–7 business days after purchase.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping transit time
  • During holidays or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Carriers

We ship orders using USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the order size, destination, and service availability.

Carrier selection and delivery timing are determined at our discretion.

Delivery Timing

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Brooklyn Cat Collective is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers
  • Weather conditions
  • Service disruptions
  • Events outside our control

Once your order is handed off to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Brooklyn Cat Collective is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, reshipping fees may apply.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at
meredith@brooklyncatco.com, including:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement in accordance with our Refund Policy.
