Refund policy

We take great care in creating and packing each Brooklyn Cat Collective order. Because our products are handmade, we want to set clear expectations while always doing our best to make things right.

Returns
Due to the nature of our products, all candles and wax melts are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.

Damages, Defects & Order Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong or missing item, contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can help.

To report an issue, email us at meredith@brooklyncatco.com with:

- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item and packaging (for damaged items)

If approved, we will offer a replacement for the affected item. Refunds are issued only in cases where a replacement is not possible.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need help selecting a replacement product or have questions before placing a new order, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help.

Refunds (if applicable)
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
